At One Warwick Park, we have thirty-nine beautiful bedrooms, housed in the main hotel and The Townhouse, located just besides the hotel’s main building, only a stone’s throw away from the historic Pantiles.

When staying at One Warwick Park Hotel, we guarantee you will enjoy a beautiful, individually styled room. Our breathtaking bedrooms are decorated with a classic combination of neutral tones, luxurious handmade curtains, bespoke walnut furniture and custom-made furnishings. They have been carefully designed with your comfort in mind, and every thought has been given to the requirements of our guests.

Parking is £12 per day. We have limited spaces available, which must be booked in advance. Please email reception@onewarwickpark.co.uk to reserve a space.

The House

Inspired by contemporary style with a nod to tranquility, our beautiful self-catering townhouse is nestled in the heart of the historic Tunbridge Wells Pantiles. Found on Cumberland Walk and just a short stroll to the mainline train station, The House welcomes up to 8 guests, is dog friendly and has been remarkably refurbished to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is stylish.

The Apartment
