With 142sqm of space, The Function Room can accommodate parties and events of up to 120 seated, and 180 for a cocktail party. The venue benefits from a dedicated adjoining bar area, which offers additional space for you and your guests.

One Warwick Park boasts a delicious and varied events and function menu prepared onsite by our team of highly skilled chefs. We believe that food is fundamental to the success of your event therefore should you have any specific requirements we would be happy to discuss them with you.

The hotel accommodates 39 beautiful, individually styled bedrooms and suites available for guests attending a function or event.

With free Wifi, state-of-the-art AV equipment including Air Media, projector and TV screen, One Warwick Park Hotel is the ideal meeting place for your business.

Half day, full day and 24 hour delegate packages are available starting at £15 per person. One Warwick Park Hotel packages have optional upgrades including inspired breaks and working lunches.

THE FUNCTION ROOM

A bright and versatile space which can accommodate up to 180 guests. The Function Room is a former old school house which has maintained many of its original features.  

 Providing the perfect space for large conferences, presentations and awards ceremonies as well as corporate  parties and much more, this space can be sectioned off into smaller spaces if needed and is fully equipped with AV equipment including screen and flipchart.

THE FUNCTION ROOM BAR (Up to 15 delegates) 

Adjoining to The Function Room, The Function Bar offers additional space or equally a stylish working environment by itself. With natural daylight and a stylish interior The Function Bar makes the perfect boardroom. 

THE TERRACE

The Terrace is a contemporary and luxurious space in the hotel with a marble display bar which is great for demonstrations and talks. The space also opens up to an outside area on the leafy Cumberland Walk. There is plenty of natural daylight  flooding this area making it a great workspace for corporate events.

THE GALLERY (Up to 25 delegates) 

The Gallery is a unique space of the hotel located in a private underground location. An inspiring space which features artwork from a local artist and display cabinets from local jeweller G Collins.
