What to Expect
Join us for an indulgent wine tasting evening in Tunbridge Wells with expert Scott Malyon, who’ll guide you through the story and flavours of the truly exceptional Silverhand Estate.
Begin with a glass of English fizz on arrival, then savour three sparkling wines and one still, each perfectly paired with a delicious course, specially curated by The Brasserie’s Head Chef.
Then, enjoy a wine-themed quiz for the chance to win a vineyard tour and tasting for two, continuing the evening beyond The Brasserie to the Estate itself.
The Menu
Guests are invited to The Brasserie from 7pm, with dinner served from 7.30pm.
