Here at One Warwick Park Hotel we offer both catered and catered accommodation for our guests. At its core, catered accommodation is a bedroom that also comes with meals (such as breakfast) for the duration of your stay. The self-catered rooms at One Warwick Park are part of our Townhouse, with a gorgeous kitchen and living room area available where our guests can cook their own meals and enjoy their holiday.
Depending on how you want to spend your holiday and how many are coming as part of your group, different forms of accommodation will work better for you than others. Here at One Warwick Park Hotel we offer both catered rooms at our beautiful Tunbridge Wells hotel, as well as self-catered accommodation at our Townhouse with four double beds available, perfect for a family stay. Catered
Our main hotel building was built around 1900 for the wine merchants Pugh and Company, and this history is seen in the face of Bacchus, God of wine, that is situated on the front of the building. After closing, the hotel building went through many other incarnations such as a school house and dance hall, before becoming an incredible hotel. With 39 catered bedrooms to offer guests, all with a large and well-appointed bathroom, flat screen TV and a king or super king sized bed, our hotel offers a sanctuary to our guests. With adjoining rooms, cots and z-beds for our younger guests, we are equipped to accommodate families of all sizes.

As part of the hotel our rooms are elegantly furnished in neutral colours, with a welcome pack of Temple Spa toiletries and an easily accessed WIFI connection. As a guest of the hotel you can call on our staff throughout your stay for help with any issues or needs you may have. Our hotel provides not only a beautiful bar and access to our sister restaurant STEAK, but serves a delicious afternoon tea that you can book ahead of your visit.
- Breakfast served
At One Warwick Park Hotel breakfast is served on the terrace from 7:00am to 10:00am during the week and from 7:30am to 10:30am at weekends. The terrace is a beautiful spot where we serve a range of breakfast items to suit our guests’ tastes. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know before your stay so we can do our best to ensure that everything we serve will be suitable.
- Cost Effective
While the Townhouse acts as a great base for a large group of people to stay in, if you are travelling as part of a smaller party, perhaps with just your partner, then booking a single room will likely be far more cost effective. If you are visiting family and friends in the area your hotel room will often act as a base, with you and your companions spending most of your time exploring the town rather than at the hotel.

- Quiet Facilities
While we are situated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, our hotel acts as a haven from the hustle and bustle, with calm tones in the interior and a relaxing ambiance. While we have adjoining rooms for families with young children, if you want to spend time together with others staying at the hotel, the bar and terrace are perfect spots to spend some time and chat.
Self-Catered
Our self-catered Townhouse is a private house with four bedrooms, a kitchen and dining space and four double bedrooms for you to retreat to. The open plan living space and the kitchen area make the Townhouse perfect for a family reunion or party.
- Guests
Our hotel rooms house two people comfortably, with cots and z beds available for children, but other than the shared space for all hotel guests such as the bar there isn’t anywhere to spend time with other guests. Our Townhouse, however, allows for much larger groups to stay within the same space and enjoy the open plan living and dining area together.
- Cooking Facilities
While the hotel offers breakfast, sometimes it is nice to cook your lunch and dinner in a kitchen as it can lower our costs and help you bond as you spend time cooking your meals together.
- More Freedom
While in the main hotel we do try to keep the facilities calm and quiet, at the Townhouse you have more space (including a kitchen and living area) to interact with your friends and family. With no set meal times and no need to stay particularly quiet during the evening or early morning, you have more freedom to spend your time however you would like.
- Dog Friendly
While we don’t allow dogs in the main hotel building, our self-catered accommodation is dog friendly and we allow up to two dogs to stay and enjoy the holiday with you. If you want to bring your pooch with you on the trip, then staying at the Townhouse will be perfect for you.
