Miraval Rosé
In May 2008 The Miraval Estate, located in the Var region of Provence of southeastern France, hit the headlines when it was announced that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had entered a lease agreement with a later option to buy the estate. Their decision to lease had come from their time browsing prospective properties by helicopter! In 2009, the two bought the 17th Century Miraval estate and extensively renovated. Having sort winemaking expertise, the Miraval Rose was released and impressed many. Visit us to try a glass!

Aviation Gin

Aviation Gin, also known as American Gin, began at a party in Seattle where a bartender named Ryan Magarian was introduced to a summer gin. He became so interested in the taste he ventured to Portland to meet the distiller. Together, with pioneering spirit, the first bartender/distiller partnership formed and there born was Aviation Gin. Aviation Gin is described as a botanical mix acclaimed to be smoother and easier to drink when compared to London Dry Gins. In February 2018, Ryan Reynolds took ownership of company, despite admitting to having limited Gin knowledge. His love for Aviation Gin started in his hometown of Vancover whilst out for drinks with friends. He kept ordering a Negroni, not understanding why it tasted to good until he realised it was the Gin – and the Gin was all he needed.
