Self-Catered
Our self-catered accommodation is located near the centre of Tunbridge Wells, a short walk away from the train station and the Pantiles. The four double bedrooms make the property perfect for a family holiday or reunion. Unlike the hotel, dogs are welcome guests at the house, and we provide a dog bed (along with a towel) for your four legged friends. While in the hotel you may have to be a little mindful of other guests who are sleeping, and try and keep the noise down, but self-catered accommodation is more free, with a large communal space available for a chat and more space to enjoy.
The open plan kitchen and lounge are perfect for hosting dinner, and the facilities to cook your own meals can be a wonderful way to enjoy the evening in each other’s company. Everyone staying at the self-catered One Warwick Park Hotel accommodation is welcome to use our guest services, giving you the best of both worlds.
Catered
The catered hotel accommodation in our Tunbridge Wells hotel is made up of 39 bedrooms with beautifully appointed bathrooms attached. We have WIFI available in all our rooms, as well as a large flat screen TV and a range of Temple Spa products perfect for a relaxed evening spent pampering yourself. With connected rooms, cots and z-beds available for children, we have all the amenities needed to host your whole family at the hotel.
Breakfast is served each morning for our guests, offering all those using the catered accommodation a wonderfully relaxed morning. The bar and our sister restaurant STEAK will also be available for our guests to dine at and enjoy.

- The Bar
Our bar is situated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, with chic and stylish décor that you are sure to enjoy. Our bar offers a range of drinks as well as light snacks for our visitors. Our bar staff serve a large selection of liquor, wine, beer and cider for those looking to have a quick drink while visiting the bar, along with a range of cocktails that will delight you. If you want to visit early in the evening, then you will enjoy our happy hour offer of 50% off between 5pm and 7pm. A fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, STEAK is open from 5pm to 9pm throughout the week, 4pm to 9pm on Saturday and from 12pm to 4pm on a Sunday. Our restaurant serves a range of steak dishes to delight our customers, along with a brilliant Sunday lunch menu for the weekend. - Afternoon Tea
Here at One Warwick Park Hotel we serve afternoon teas to our guests, with a choice between loose leaf tea or coffee to accompany the food. We serve small cut sandwiches, along with scones with cream and jam, as well as a selection of desserts that change on a seasonal basis. Afternoon tea is a perfect treat for a meet up with friends and family for a chat. Here at One Warwick Park Hotel we serve breakfast for our guests between 7am and 10am during the week and between 7:30 and 10:30 on weekends. Served on our sunny terrace, we do our best to ensure excellent breakfast service. If you let our staff know ahead of time when you will be down to breakfast, we will be able to pre prepare your table and food for when you arrive.
