L’AMORE have officially launched a Brunch menu, because let’s face it- weekends were made for lie ins. Brunch has swiftly become the meal of the moment over the past few years. It’s the new coffee date or lunch time catch up with friends, probably because it combines all of these into one delicious time of the day, which you decide. Here we look at our favourite reasons to Brunch…
Sleep in + relax = brunch. Get those much needed hours of sleep and avoid running around to make sure you are there before the menu stops or the kitchen closes. Instead enjoy that lazy Saturday morning, get ready in your own time and don’t worry about missing out on some tasty, runny, poached eggs, with smashed avocado and scattered chilli flakes.
Breakfast and Lunch. Whilst this one is obvious, the upside means that you usually have a choice of menu, you don’t have to stick with muesli and yoghurt or have a heavy meal instead you have a choice of tasty mid-way meals. You can usually pick from a variety of sweet and savoury also as you make the important decision of American fluffy pancake or traditional eggs benedict… or both…
More than just a brunch. The social occasion of 2017 is set to continue throughout 2018 and become even more popular. With pop up events, bottomless Prosecco, creative brunch recipes, wholesome foods, such as avocado and eggs, taking over and all this washed down with a spiced Bloody Mary or refreshing Mimosa, it’s no wonder brunch is here to stay.
