How much does it cost to hire a meeting room in Tunbridge Wells?
The Terrace Room is £110 for a half day or £175 for a full day. The Function Room is £275 for a half day or £445 for a full day. Day delegate packages with room hire, refreshments and lunch start from £45 per person.
How many delegates can you host?
From two people to 120. The Function Room seats up to 120 theatre style or 80 cabaret style, the Terrace Room and the Atrium each seat up to 20 boardroom style, and the Snug seats up to 10.
What equipment is included?
Wi-Fi is available throughout. A screen, projection and microphone are available on request.
Can you provide catering?
Yes. We offer tea, coffee, juices, smoothies and snack boxes, plus breakfast rolls, working lunches, grazing tables and corporate dinners.
How do delegates get to One Warwick Park?
We are in central Royal Tunbridge Wells, around ten minutes on foot from the railway station, which is 50 minutes from London Charing Cross. Parking is available.
Can delegates stay overnight?
Yes. There are 39 bedrooms on site, with preferential rates available for corporate events.
