How many guests can you host?
Our event spaces work for gatherings of all sizes, from a board meeting for two to conferences, parties, and celebrations for up to 120 guests. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend the right room.
Where is One Warwick Park?
We are in central Royal Tunbridge Wells, a short walk from The Pantiles and around ten minutes on foot from the railway station, which is 50 minutes from London Charing Cross. Parking is available.
Can guests stay overnight?
Yes. With 39 individually designed rooms on site, your guests can go straight from the last dance to their beds. This makes multi-day conferences and evening celebrations far simpler to plan.

All event catering comes from the team behind The Brasserie, our award-winning restaurant. Menus are built around your event, from working lunches and canapés to full private dining.
