How many guests can you seat for private dining?
Our private dining spaces seat up to 22 guests. The Snug seats up to 10, the private dining area at The Brasserie up to 14, the Terrace Bar up to 20, and the Atrium up to 22 on one table or two tables of 12. For larger dinners, our function rooms take up to 120 guests.
Where is private dining at One Warwick Park?
In central Royal Tunbridge Wells. The Brasserie is on Chapel Place beside The Pantiles, and the hotel is at 1 Warwick Park, TN2 5TA, a five-minute walk from The Pantiles and around ten minutes on foot from the railway station.
What menus do you offer for private dining?
Our Head Chef will work with you to create a menu for your occasion. Choose a classic three or four-course set menu, or a relaxed sharing menu with dishes for the table. Dietary requirements are catered for.
Can we book private dining for lunch as well as dinner?
Yes. Private dining is available for both lunch and dinner. Tell us your preferred date and time and our events team will confirm availability.
Can guests stay overnight after a private dinner?
Yes. One Warwick Park has 39 individually designed bedrooms on site, so guests can stay over after the meal.
